ORDERS ARE PROCESSED BETWEEN 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS*
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show in the tracking system. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.
Nalu the label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
$7 to $10 depending on the weight of your order! - USPS 3-5 Day (First Class or Priority Mail)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
$20 to $30* - USPS 6-10 Business Days Priority Mail International Shipping
*Note: If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Nalu The Label do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases due to being a small company and inventory always being low, unless there is damage to the jewelry when we sent it.
